MikeBreen SMS Program
Privacy Policy
Effective and last updated: September 14, 2026
This policy explains how the invite-only MikeBreen personal-assistant SMS program processes information. It applies only to this messaging program.
1. Scope and program operator
The program is operated by MikeBreen for personal, non-marketing use by the account owner and a small number of individually invited household users. It is not a public subscription service.
2. Information processed
The program may process:
- mobile phone numbers and allowlist status;
- SMS message content and requested assistant responses;
- timestamps, message identifiers, delivery status, and basic error information;
- records of when and how an invited user consented or opted out; and
- limited security and troubleshooting information needed to prevent abuse and duplicate delivery.
Users choose what to include in their messages and should avoid sending information they do not want processed by the service.
3. How information is used
Information is used only to provide requested personal-assistant replies, reminders, calendar or task updates, system notifications, opt-in and opt-out handling, security, reliability, and troubleshooting. The program does not use SMS information for advertising or marketing.
4. Service providers and disclosure
Information may be processed by operational service providers strictly as needed to deliver the service, including telecommunications providers such as Twilio and the AI infrastructure used to generate a requested response. Information may also be disclosed when required by law, to protect users, or to prevent fraud and abuse.
5. Retention
Information may be retained for as long as reasonably necessary to provide and secure the service, maintain conversation continuity, troubleshoot failures, honor opt-out requests, and meet legal obligations. Records that are no longer needed may be deleted or de-identified. Opt-out suppression records may be retained so that the program does not resume messaging without authorization.
6. User choices and requests

HELPfor program help. - Ask the person who invited you to remove your number or request access, correction, or deletion of program information associated with you.
Restoring carrier-level messaging with START does not itself grant access to the private assistant; the number must still be approved on the private allowlist.
7. Security
The program uses an explicit phone-number allowlist, signed-provider request validation, bounded message processing, and private control services. SMS itself is not end-to-end encrypted, so it should not be used for emergencies, passwords, authentication secrets, financial account numbers, or other highly sensitive information.
8. Children
The program is intended for the account owner and specifically authorized household users. A minor may use it only with permission and supervision from a parent or legal guardian responsible for granting access.
9. Changes
This policy may be updated as the program changes. The effective date above will be revised when material updates are made.
10. Contact
For privacy questions or requests, reply HELP to the program number or contact the service owner through the direct invitation channel used to grant access.
