MikeBreen SMS Program

Terms and Conditions

Effective and last updated: September 14, 2026

These terms govern participation in the invite-only MikeBreen personal-assistant SMS program.

1. Eligibility and enrollment

The program is available only to the account owner and a small number of individually invited household users. Access requires explicit verbal or written consent followed by manual addition of the user's phone number to a private allowlist. The program is not open for public enrollment.

By opting in, a user confirms that they control or are authorized to use the enrolled mobile number and agree to these Terms and the Privacy Policy.

2. Program description

The program provides low-volume, non-marketing SMS access to a private personal assistant. Messages may include user-requested conversational replies, reminders, calendar or task updates, requested source links, and operational notifications.

3. Messaging terms

After an opt-out, the program will not intentionally send further messages unless the user later provides valid consent and is reauthorized. Replying START may restore carrier-level delivery but does not automatically restore private-assistant access.

4. Acceptable use

Users must not use the program for unlawful activity, harassment, bulk messaging, attempts to bypass the allowlist or security controls, or requests that would harm another person or system. Access may be suspended to protect the program, its users, or connected services.

5. AI and emergency limitations

Assistant responses may be generated by automated systems and can be incomplete, delayed, or incorrect. Users should verify important information independently. The program is not an emergency service and must not be used to contact emergency responders, obtain urgent medical assistance, or make time-critical safety decisions. Call 911 or the appropriate local emergency service when needed.

6. Privacy

Use of the program is also governed by the MikeBreen SMS Privacy Policy. SMS is not end-to-end encrypted; users should not send passwords, security codes, full financial account numbers, or other highly sensitive information.

7. Availability and changes

The program is provided on an as-available basis and may be interrupted, modified, or discontinued. Features, providers, and message behavior may change as security and reliability requirements evolve. Material changes to these terms will be reflected by updating the effective date above.

8. Disclaimer

To the extent permitted by law, the program is provided without warranties of uninterrupted operation, accuracy, fitness for a particular purpose, or availability. Nothing in these terms limits rights that cannot legally be waived.

9. Ending participation

A user may end participation at any time by replying STOP or asking the service owner to remove their number from the allowlist. The operator may end access for security, misuse, compliance, or operational reasons.

10. Contact

Reply HELP to the program number or contact the service owner through the direct invitation channel used to grant access.
